This building was designed by Sir Basil Spence and Fitzroy Robinson & Partners and completed in 1976. The Shapes of Brutalism collection celebrates brutalist architecture in London. Brutalism championed material honesty and expressed function through form. The bold concrete forms and subsequent dark pockets and shadows created are a signature look of brutalist
